The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 52.2 is a boat that will go anywhere your dreams take you, swiftly, safely and in total comfort. Specifically designed for those of us who love and respect the sea, the 52.2 with its twin steering wheels, powerful hull, and well-engineered deck layout is truly grace under sail. Built to the highest international standards, the Sun Odyssey 52.2 is the perfect balance of modern innovation and time-honored craftsmanship creating a boat of true elegance, style and superior value.

The J’Sea is a 2001 Jeanneau, a well built 52' sloop designed by Bruce Farr. Her 16' beam makes her stable and roomy, with a convertible owner's forward cabin that has 2 washrooms, extra closets and 2 large overhead hatches. This cabin can be split into two cabins for additional privacy. She also has 2 double aft cabins with "Queen size" beds, also private head (bathroom) and closet. Each bathroom has a shower with hot and cold running water. The cabins are comfortable, private, and well ventilated (multiple hatches and fans) to stay cool during those hot summer days.

And especially for the ladies, we have a 12 gallon electric hot water tank (also heated while motoring), to freshen up at any time.

She has a fiberglass hull with clean, sleek lines. The modern interior consists of laminated floors, white upholstery with teak joinery throughout. You will feel comfortable anywhere on this yacht. The J’Sea is fresh, bright, modern, and her skipper, John Cuzner is meticulous about keeping her clean.

The spars and sails consist of an aluminum Francespar mast and boom, with stainless steel wire rigging and braided rope running rigging. With a Batten mainsail and furling genoa, the J’Sea can easily be sailed by one crew member. And if the winds are right, the unfurling of her 1100 sq. ft. Gennaker or her 1500 sq. ft. spinnaker, in all its glorious color, is a sight to behold.
